Currently there are no published records of Hartmaniellidae from Australia. The family contains a single genus, Hartmaniella.

PH working notes: Pseudoninoe tulearensis-Amoureux, 1977 according to Fauchald & Rouse1997- within the family but unclear if subsequently synonymised with Hartmaniella need to find Amoureux but it appears to be see Gathof 1984)
Also reported from Triassic fossils Szaniawski & Imajima 1996.
