Psammodrilidae
The Psammodrilidae are small grub-like interstitial polychaetes. Their biology is unknown. Two genera and three species of Psammodrilidae are known globally. A psammodrilid resembling Psammodrilus balanoglossoides is recorded from the marine intertidal of New Zealand (Riser 1984) but there are no Australian records.
