Siboglinidae
...
The above description is taken from Fauchald & Rouse (1997).
Siboglinidae were treated as polychaetes within the Sabellida by Fauchald & Rouse (1997) but the Fauna of Australia treated the taxon as Class Pogonophora (Rouse 2000 ['canalipalpata' section'], Southward 2000). For completeness, the taxon is included here within the Polychaeta although further study may confirm its place is elsewhere within the Annelida. Siboglinidae/Pogonophora are not well known in Australia and no interactive keys are provided. However, an identification guide is provided based on Southward (2000) and references cited therein.
